Several homeowners expressed an interest in removing and replacing the shrubs between driveways. That is fine but the Board has put some guidelines together that must be followed to preserve the integrity of that area and assure that both homeowners agree since it is shared territory.
An architectural request form must be submitted with signatures from both parties involved, agreeing to the removal and replacement.
The homeowner must identify the replacement.
The area cannot be left empty.
Note: Three (3) possible replacements have been identified and approved by the Board:
China Doll Holly
Green Mountain Boxwood and
Helleri Holly.
