 Welcome to Greystone 

Greystone is an upscale community located in ChesterbrookTredyffrin Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. It is comprised of 79 townhouses along Chesterbrook Blvd.
Map and walking distances 

Our community has large open spaces, wooded areas and is only a few steps away from renowned Valley Forge National Historic Park. Many walking and bicycle trails right off our doorstep will lead you there.

Our community is a wonderful place to live, and this website is here to help you get the most out of it. In addition to serving as the official communications channel from the board, this site is also the place to share or find information about Greystone.


Living Space
Greystone's  2-3 bedroom-, 2-bath units offer a variety of configurations. For example, end units have formal dining rooms with bay windows;inside units have dining/living rooms off a spacious kitchen breakfast area.All homes have deck's. All but a few residences have a full, finished basement . These homes provide 2000 to 3200 square feet of living space.
Greystone has four different styles of floor plans for the Town Houses .

The Meaning of Townhome
As a townhome community owner, you own the plot on which the house stands, and pay a monthly assessment fee that covers outside maintenance including lawn, shrub, and tree care; snow removal and shoveling; and trash and recyclables pickup. You maintain the home .
 
Location and Accessibility
Located just off Rt. 202 (Devon and Chesterbrook exits), our village is within 10 minutes of the PA Turnpike and the Schuylkill Expressway, the various shopping malls along the 202 corridor from Exton to King of Prussia, and is within 2-3 minutes of our very own Chesterbrook Village Shoppes . In addition, there is hourly bus service to the mall and the closest Main Line (R5) train stations during the day, with more frequent service during rush hours.

Greystone is governed by a Board of Directors, a set of governing documents including By-laws, and Rules and Regulations, and is maintained by a professional community management company. There are no restrictions regarding age. Greystone is remarkably suited as a family-oriented as well as a singles-oriented community.
